Shri Astha Foundation for Education (SAFE) society was germinated in the year 2009 with a vision and commitment towards the establishing institutions of academic excellence for various fields of studies.

Our aim is to create and promote professional attitude and scientific mind among the population to serve the country and meet the national goals.

The teaching hospital is situated at village Kanadia , near AH 4 , in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh.

The hospital is situated very near to Indore city which is well connected through Rail , road and air transport.

Enquiry Counter and Reception desk is situated at the left corner of the Hospital lobby of OPD block.

We ensure that all our patients and guests receive courteous and prompt directed attention for timed remedial of their queries.

Casualty and emergency services :

Casualty Medical Officers, along with duty doctors take care of the Casualty services. The services are available 24 X 7. Senior doctors and specialists are available during working hours and addresses specific issues during clinical rounds. Specialist doctors are available also an call whenever required.

Sewakunj hospital has an operation theater complex comprised of six modern operation theaters. Team of highly trained and experienced Surgeons undertake complex surgeries belonging to different specialties.

Ambulance :

The Hospital has own ambulance services. Ambulances are well equipped for patient support during transit. The round the clock service is provided by trained personnel who care for the patients during transit.

Week days: 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM

Holidays and Sundays : OPD is closed services available at the Casualty and emergency services block.

Every Outpatient seeking treatment is designated with an unique identification number during registration and a form is provided to the seeker for recording diagnosis, ordering investigations and treatment by the concerned doctors. Patient is the directed to concerned unit as per requirement.

Indoor facility

Patients requiring admittance for treatment are admitted in general wards of the hospital and are treated. Only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient.

Dedicated lifts are present and available to the wards situated at different floors.

Hospital has its in house pharmacy which monitors the distribution of required drugs to the hospital and also having a 24 X 7 functioning emergency pharmacy store.

Trained staff nurses and supporting staff are on shift duty and available round the clock. After duty hours the duty doctors and consultants are available on call.

There is standby generators to cater emergency services in case of power failure.

Adequate drinking water and toilet facilities are available in the wards and out patient department

Canteen facility is available with subsidized rates.

Pharmacy is located at the hospital premises open round the clock on all days of week.

The hospital has in house laundry services for hygienic cleaning of bed linens and patient gowns.

Canteen provides nutritious and hygienic food is provided to the patients and hospital staff.

Hospital Security and house keeping services are outsourced.

If any discrepancy of services noticed by you kindly do not hesitate to inform the PRO office of the hospital. It is assured that all complaints will be duly acknowledged and attended. Depending upon the situation within 10 days action will be taken appropriately and the will be conveyed to the complainant. Hospital grievance committee meets once in every month.
